Édouard Bizimana and the Bocsánczy Case: The Diplomatic Records Burundi Should Release
Official records show that János Bocsánczy represented Burundi at international organisations in Vienna for years before Hungarian prosecutors charged a man identified in press reports as Bocsánczy in an alleged influence-peddling scheme involving diplomatic appointments. Burundi should now disclose how he was nominated, vetted, accredited and retained.
